My name is David Messenger and I live in the leafy suburbs of South London. I’m a family man with a wonderful wife and son. I’m also a keen photographer, occasionally achieving great shots of landscapes and nature. Photography of course fits in well with my passion for technology. You can always find me tinkering with my home lab, writing Python code or studying the dark art of network engineering!

Outside of technology, I love to go for long walks with my family in the countryside surrounding London. I’m a huge fan of BBQ cooking and try to get a BBQ on the go every weekend the weather allows me to. I also try my best to keep up with my younger fitter bother mountain bike trail riding from time to time. I also study my wife’s native language Polish which is finally improving after nearly twenty years of learning.

I like to think I have a good sense of humour, I think my wife thinks so, I’m pretty sure my son doesn’t…
